Connection protection and a target website's account rules are separate considerations. When accessing important services, verify the website address and your account status. Keep your login details and subscription information secure, and do not share subscription details publicly.
Route selection for AI tools and streaming
Choose an international exit by region for your intended use. Plans do not include memberships to third-party platforms; platform availability, content rights, and account rules are set by each platform. Review AI access details and streaming details before choosing a route.
Orders and support tickets
Check orders, manage subscriptions, and report issues from the account panel. When submitting a request, include your device platform, route name, error message, and relevant order details to help distinguish billing issues from connection setup problems. Do not include your password or full subscription URL in a ticket.

Data allowance is not a measure of route performance

A larger data tier meets higher data needs; it does not guarantee access to a particular website. Your connection can also depend on your local network, chosen region, route type, and the target service's status. If a task fails, first check the exit region and client settings before deciding whether the issue is your plan's data allowance.

If you are unsure what you need, track the types of sites and services you use and check data consumption in the account panel. Browsing and text interactions, image generation, video streaming, and file transfers use data differently. Connection time alone is not enough to choose a tier. Payment methods and steps

Pay with Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Check your plan first, complete payment, then return to the panel to verify your order and subscription status.

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT

Pay through the account panel. Plan card buttons take you to the plans page in the panel and do not charge you directly. There, confirm whether you selected a monthly plan or a data pack, and verify the data tier and displayed price.

Monthly plan prices are for monthly billing; data pack prices are for the total pack allowance. The two options have different names and terms. Read the full order summary before paying so you do not mistake a data pack's total allowance for a monthly quota.

What to check before and after paying

  1. Choose a plan. After logging in, open the plans section and check the plan name, data, price, and billing terms. For a monthly plan upgrade, use the prorated amount shown in the panel as your reference.
  2. Pay as instructed. Choose Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT and follow the current instructions on the payment page. When paying with USDT, verify each piece of payment information shown on the page. Do not use payment details forwarded by someone else.
  3. Check the status. After paying, return to the orders page to verify the result, then check your subscription details. If the status is still being confirmed, review the existing order first to avoid extra work from repeating the payment process.
  4. Keep relevant records. If you need help with a payment, submit a ticket through the panel with the order details and payment status. Include only information relevant to the issue. Do not submit your account password or full subscription details.

Submit refund requests through the account panel

To request a refund, open the relevant order first and check its plan name and status, then submit a ticket explaining your request. Linking the request to a specific order can reduce the need for follow-up details.

If you are also experiencing connection issues, describe the refund request and technical problem separately in your ticket. Troubleshooting details do not replace a refund request, and a refund request does not require your account password or full subscription URL.
