Account and Device Use

No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription information secure. Do not publicly share subscription addresses, transfer your account to others, or resell, distribute, or share the service with other users.

The service supports simultaneous use on an unlimited number of devices. This benefit is for devices managed by the account holder and does not permit account sharing among multiple people or commercial sharing. Ensure that you are authorized to connect each device. If your credentials are exposed or you notice unusual activity, change them promptly and submit a support ticket to prevent further disclosure of subscription information.

Subscriptions and Billing

The service offers monthly subscriptions and data packages. See the plans page for current prices and data allowances, and verify your selection against the order details in the user panel. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire.

Confirm your chosen billing method before payment, keep your order records, and check your benefits status in the user panel. Client installation and the availability of third-party content do not replace checking that your plan is active and reviewing your data status.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. See the refund policy for instructions on how to apply.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations of your location and of any region related to your use, as well as the rules of the websites and applications you access. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, including network attacks, distributing malicious software, fraud, intellectual property infringement, unauthorized system access, or unlawful collection of other people's information.

Do not misuse routes to send spam, disrupt other users' connections, damage service infrastructure, or continuously consume resources with automated requests in a way that affects normal service. You are responsible for confirming that the content you access and your actions are lawful. The service does not authorize violations.

Availability and Limits of Liability

Connection quality depends on your local network, carrier routing, route maintenance, and the status of the destination service. Maintenance, equipment failures, external network issues, or events beyond our control may cause interruptions, route changes, or restricted features. The service does not guarantee access to every destination platform at all times.

Keep copies of important information and do not rely on a single network connection as the sole safeguard for critical business operations. For restrictions imposed by third-party platforms, content changes, or transaction disputes, contact the relevant platform. Liability and remedies are determined under applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability or limit user rights where the law prohibits such limitations.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If you resell or share the service, use it unlawfully, attack infrastructure, or otherwise seriously violate these terms, Z8VPN may restrict connections, suspend, or terminate your account based on the level of risk. Urgent risks may be addressed first. If you dispute the outcome, submit relevant information through a support ticket to request a review. Outstanding orders and payments will be handled under applicable policies and laws.

When service rules change, updates will be noted with the date on this page and announced on the site or through the user panel. Important changes affecting user rights will specify their scope.
