Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains the refund scope, application details and refund methods for Z8VPN subscriptions. Submit refund requests through a support ticket in the user panel; requests are reviewed against the original order. You may also read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Application Window and Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. The application window is based on the account’s first successfully paid order. The support-ticket submission time is used to confirm whether the request falls within that window. Requests covered by this commitment do not require proof of a service issue or a reason for stopping use.
Both monthly subscription orders and data package orders can be submitted for review through a support ticket. Data packages remain valid until used and never expire; this refers to the validity of the data, not to an unlimited refund window. Later renewals, additional data packages or mid-term upgrades do not restart the refund window based on the first payment. If multiple related orders are involved, list them all so the support ticket response can clarify which orders are covered.
Eligible and Ineligible Requests
Requests made within the commitment window are covered by the no-questions-asked refund policy, whether they relate to route performance, client configuration, changing needs or other personal reasons. Connecting to a route or using part of a data package is not, by itself, a reason for refusal. This policy sets no separate data-usage threshold and does not deduct from an eligible refund based on an unpublished “excessive use” standard.
Requests made after the window, requests to restart the window for a later order, and repeat requests for an order that has already been refunded are outside the automatic eligibility described above. Duplicate charges and payment issues can still be submitted for review and should not be treated as ordinary refund requests.
For accounts involving a breach of the Terms of Service, service restrictions and the handling of funds should be explained separately. An account restriction does not automatically invalidate a refund request. If a decision is disputed, the support ticket should identify the relevant orders, verification basis and outcome rather than relying on a general violation label.
Support Ticket Process and Required Details
Sign in to the user panel and open the support ticket page. Set the subject to “Refund request.” In the message, provide your account username, order number, the name of the purchased plan or data package, payment time, payment method and amount paid. You can check order details in the panel. If you cannot find the order number, include a payment receipt to help locate the transaction.
Keep only the information needed to identify the transaction on the receipt; you may cover other transactions and unrelated personal details. Do not submit your account password, subscription link, payment password or wallet private key. No email address is required; a username and password are sufficient to create an account. Refund discussions can also take place in a support ticket under the original account.
If information is missing, the support ticket will specify what you need to provide. Reply in the same ticket rather than opening multiple requests. After verification, the response should identify the refunded order, refund amount and processing status. Once the refund is complete, service benefits associated with that order will end.
Refund Route and Processing Status
Refunds are generally returned to the original payment channel and source. A request being accepted, a refund being submitted and funds arriving are separate stages; confirmation that a request has been accepted does not mean the funds have arrived. Actual timing depends on payment-channel processing, transaction verification and the status of the receiving account. This policy does not guarantee a fixed processing time.
After submitting a refund request, also check the statement for the original payment channel. If the refund is not yet shown, ask for an update in the original support ticket and provide the relevant order details. If a refund to the original payment route fails, the reason should first be checked, then a workable alternative confirmed through the support ticket. Funds will not be redirected to another person’s account without verification.
Payment Method Differences and Review
Z8VPN supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Alipay and WeChat Pay refunds are first processed against the original transaction; check the payment channel’s statement for the actual posting location. If the status of the original payment source has changed, explain this in the support ticket so the next steps can be determined after verification.
USDT transfers follow a different refund process from Alipay and WeChat Pay. Verification may require the original transaction record, transfer network and refund destination address. Confirm details only in a support ticket after signing in; do not change the destination address based on an external message. If the amount, network fees or inability to use the original route needs to be addressed, the handling method should be explained first. Undisclosed fees will not be deducted from a refund covered by the full-refund commitment.
If you disagree with the outcome, request a review in the original support ticket and identify the order or payment record that should be checked. Policy updates do not retroactively reduce refund commitments that applied when payment was made. Handling is based on the order facts, this policy and applicable legal requirements.
